4 Steps to Engaging Our Services Online
Step 1Initial Consultation (Free)
Method: Send us an overview via the inquiry form or email.
Purpose: We carefully listen to your situation and concerns, then explain the likelihood of approval and our fees.
Step 2Contract & Start of Service
An online contract is executed, and formal engagement begins after payment confirmation.
Step 3Document Preparation & Online Meetings
- Sending documents: Simply send smartphone photos or PDFs via email or cloud storage.
- Interviews: We conduct in-depth online interviews as needed for drafting the "Statement of Reasons."
Step 4Filing & Results Report
We take responsibility for filing at the jurisdictional Immigration office. In principle, the client does not need to visit Immigration.
